The Marumi Macro +10 filter allows for close-up shooting with the Hero3 or Hero3+. The focal distance is between 2 and 4 inches both above and below the waves. Capture small marine and terrestrial animals in incredible clarity using your GoPro Hero3 or Hero3+!
We recommend using lights with this Macro filter when diving. Because the focal distance of a macro filter is such a narrow range (2 - 4 inches) even a smaller light will provide enough light to adequately illuminate your subject.

55 MM SLIM FILTER RING IF YOU INTEND TO USE THE MARUMI MACRO +10 FILTER WITH THE BLURFIX3+ 55. The BlurFix3+ 55 is so low profile that the Marumi Macro +10 can not screw into the adapter directly.
